Best buying experience I've ever had at a dealership. My salesman Shawn was exceptional. He really made my decision easy. Also thanks to the Sales manager Jason, he was great too.

Five Stars all day. Shawn Maguire (Salesman) went above and beyond to make sure I was able to choose the best vehicle for my family. I am a local business owner and often too busy to leave work. Shawn brought several vehicles to my place of business to see before settling on my new 2026 GMC Sierra SLT. The staff at Fairfield’s from sales staff, management, finance and service all made me feel at complete ease with my great new purchase.

I complained about how my truck was driving and they didn’t even take it for a test drive they just put it on a machine, told me it could be my tires cupping and thats all. My concerns were brushed off and I again made my complaint. I will be contacting another dealership for future needs with the truck. Every time I have an issue with the truck I bought with them it’s always a problem. It’s been over 6 months they were supposed to get me an appointment and loaner for another issue my truck has been having and nothing yet.

Chris Sullivan was VERY kind and nice took good care of me and my truck He even made appoint to come out when I pick up my truck to introduce himself as I am on crutches and could not go into the dealership and sent my son. He told me if I ever needed anything just to call and they would take good care of me.

Very disappointing. Truck went in to clean and recoat the frame on a 2024 GMC 3500 with 34,000 miles. Got it back and hardly anything was done to it.

Work I believe was done to standers or above in the time stated by the service desk representative , the service center representatives were polite and friendly. A pleasant interaction in total. The only concern would be using the paper floor mats well working on the vehicle and delivery into the shop and out to the customers pick up area.
